Setting the Record Straight…

As previously mentioned, in the past Joe and I would keep our mouths shut when our names were publically trampled on, in an effort to remain professional. I can honestly tell anyone who attempts to turn the other cheek that this philosophy does not work in independent wrestling.

Recently I received an email regarding the multiple wrestling promotions which operate out of the Lithuanian House.

At this time I would like to publically set things straight.

I was working in that venue in the summer of 2014. In recent history, I am the first wrestling promoter to have a contract with them. I’ve never said who can and cannot operate anywhere. A public venue is just that, a public venue. St. John’s Hall, as well as other venues we had used in the past, gave us exclusive contracts because UWA was among the most professional of their clients.

Some people in wrestling are among the most degenerate that I have met. At the end of the day, your uncreative spirits sow the seeds of your own destruction. You have proven this time and time again.

You keep copying me, and I’ll keep innovating.

That’s the way it’s been for almost two decades now. The wrestling fans from 10 years ago already know this, and it won’t be long until these new fans drink my ‘Kool-Aid’ and wake up to the truth.

I do this because it is what I am meant to do.
